Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Step 1

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

3. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4

4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.

Step 5

5. Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and avocado.

Step 6

6. Serve with sour cream and lime wedges.
