  • - ½ teaspoon chili pepper
  • - 1 chicken seasoning cube
  • - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • For the turkey stock:
  • - Turkey bones and skin
  • - Handful of chopped onion
  • - 1 carrot (sliced)
  • - 2 cloves garlic
  • - Half thumb-sized ginger
  • - 1 chicken seasoning cube
  • - ½ teaspoon salt
  • - 3 cups water
  • For the vegetables:
  • - ½ onion
  • - ½ red bell pepper
  • - ½ green bell pepper
  • For the pepper mix:
  • - 1 ½ red bell pepper
  • - 2 large tomatoes
  • - 1 habanero
  • For the rice:
  • - 3 cups of rice
  • - 1 cup of turkey broth
  • - 1 cup of water
  • - Pinch of salt
  • To bring everything together:
  • - 1 tablespoon oil to fry the turkey
  • - Onion
  • - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • - Pepper mix seasoned with:
  • - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • - 1 chicken seasoning cube
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
