Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • - 2 pounds whole chicken wings
  • - 3-4 spring onions
  • - 1/4 thumb size ginger
  • - 2 cloves garlic
  • - 1 habanero pepper (or any hot pepper of choice)
  • - 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • - Fresh thyme
  • - 1 teaspoon ground all spice
  • - 1/2 teaspoon each nutmeg and cinnamon
  • - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • - Juice of 1/2 of a lime
  • - Seasoning cubes and salt (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1

Bake @ 450 F for 45-50 minutes. Flip halfway through baking
